Closed events remain visible in your Tournament history with rank state and settlement status. It gives you a clean way to track previous entries without mixing them with normal play.

Tournament Questions Answered

Open the Tournament lobby, choose an active event and read the card before joining. The card shows eligible games, scoring style, entry window and whether access is available in your supported region.

Some scores refresh after provider confirmation rather than every round. If the board shows pending movement, wait for the next refresh cycle; if it remains stuck, send support the event and game details.

Eligible games depend on the event. You may see live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, PG Soft slots, JILI rooms or Spribe multiplier formats, but only the titles named on the card count.

Some events allow late entry while the countdown is still open, while others close once the first stage begins. The Tournament card will show whether joining is still available before you start.

After closing time, the leaderboard moves into final checking. We compare qualifying play with provider records, confirm rank positions and then move eligible rewards into settlement for the accounts that placed.

A visible Tournament may still have region, provider or stake-band limits. If entry is blocked, the card should explain the reason; support can also check whether access is available where local law permits.
